Ingredients: Shiitakes, tofu, crucian
Condiments: ginger, garlic, salt, sesame oil
Cooking method:
1. Deal with the crucian in accordance with conventional method.
2. Heat the pot, pour in moderate oil, then fry the crucian till both sides become yellowish.
3. Pour moderate cold water into the pot, drop in ginger slices, garlic dices and then bring into a boil. When the soup turns white, add Shiitake dices and allow to stew for 20 minutes on low flame.
4. Finally combine with tofu chunks, stew for another 10 minutes and then season with a dash of salt. Enjoy.
