Ingredients: Boletes, red peppers, garlic, broccoli, salt
Cooking method:
1. Soak dried Boletes for hours, wash away sediments, boil for 15 minutes, ladle out and keep aside.
2. Break broccoli into clumps, cut garlic into slices, then chop red peppers.
3. Heat the pot first, pour in moderate oil, then drop in garlic slices and fry till fragrant, add red pepper chunks, broccoli clumps, next, Boletes and continue to fry for at least 3 minutes or so.
4. Finally season with salt. Enjoy.
