1. 2. The preparation of base stock: Adopt 500kg of screened hardwood broad leaf sawdust, 100 kg of wheat bran, 12kg of corn powder, 12 kg of Superphosphate, 12kg of gypsum powder, 2 kg of urea, 6 kg of lime powder, 6 kg of cane sugar, half bag of Mushroom Three Dimensions Nutrition Spermine.
3. The disposal of base stock: It is advisable not to mix bits of wood such as pine tree, cedar and cypress into the sawdust. Raw materials should be fresh, dry, free from mould and in uniform size. What’s more, combine with water in accordance with the wet condition and it is best to use machines to mix materials. After that, pile up for at least 12 hours so as to further uptake water and intenerate. Before bagging, mix and turn materials again, determine the moisture content and PH value, it is normal to keep moisture content in 60% or so and keep PH Value in a range of 6.5-7.5.
4. Bagging and sterilization: It is economic to artificially conduct bagging in small scale, before bagging, check on plastic bags and make sure that they are free from leaking or obvious holes. Before tying, clean inner wall of sacks and then tighten sack mouth. When you sterilize sacks, be sure to adopt the method of “Heat sterilization with steam”, during its course, put sacks in form of “#” so that you guarantee uniform and penetrative steam. Moreover, high heat should be enhanced in the initial stage of heating. When the temperature reaches 95 degrees, control the time in no more than 3 hours and then keep up for 20 hours, afterwards, the sterilization is about to terminate.
