Vegetarian Recipe: fried mushroom with smoked bean curd

Ingredients: smoked bean curds, mushrooms (Any kind you like), onion segments, salt, cooking wine, white pepper powder
Cooking method: 
1. Rinse smoked bean curds, thinly cut into slices.
2. Wash mushrooms, tear into clumps, then give a quick boil, spoon out and keep aside.
3. Heat the pot, drizzle with moderate oil, drop in smoked bean curd slices, mushroom clumps and fry evenly.
4. Season with a dash of salt, combine with a little soup broth or water and bring into a boil, then turn into medium heat and allow to boil for 3 minutes.
5. Finally top with onion segments, if you like.
