1. Appropriate site: It is advisable to choose the cultivation site where holds desirable ventilation and certain scattered light, in the meantime, guarantee strict sterilization, in the initial time of cultivation, scatter quick lime on the ground so as to sterilize. However, too high stacking of material usually leads to effortless fermentation and high temperature, hence mastering proper height of stack and determine it in accordance with the temperature levels.
5. Scientific management: Under natural management of Oyster mushroom, the main factors during the fruiting period are light, moisture and ventilation. During this period, insufficient light may affect the fruiting and relative air humidity is the key ingredient. What’s more, reasonable water-spraying should be grasped while proper ventilation should be looked after so as to prevent misshapen mushrooms.
