Ingredients: Bacon, broccoli, Shiitakes, onion, red pepper, oil salt, ginger slices, garlic, fermented black bean, black pepper
Cooking method:
1. Heat the pot, directly add Bacon and fry on low flame.
2. Lean the pot and gather oil on one side, next, add onion, ginger slices, garlic, minced hot peppers and fry till fragrant, then combine with Bacon.
3. drop in sliced Shiitakes and broccoli chunks, fry for a short while and then season with fermented black bean and soy sauce, finally allow all ingredients to cook on high fire.
4. Before removing from the pot, sprinkle moderate amount of black pepper and salt according to your taste.
