Three kinds of diseases that concerns Enoki mushroom

1. Blue Mould: When finding Blue Mould, you could immediately dig it up, burn it up and conduct indoor disinfectant through using 2% of Copper sulfate and 500 times of Dilute HgCl2 solution.
2. Root Rot Disease: This kind of disease is common during high-temperature period. In initial stage of reproduction, white turbid water drops exude on the surface of compost and spread all over the of bottle mouth. The main reason is excessive moisture on the surface of compost. You should immediately dig it out and burn it up after finding Root Rot Disease. After you touch the infected mushroom bodies, be sure to disinfect at once.
3. Black Spot Disease: Black brown spots appear on mushroom caps, this kind of disease is common to see when you directly spray cold water on mushroom caps. Mushrooms are not affected by this disease while they are devaluated.
Control method: It is effective to apply 2% of slaked lime into compost, which not only facilitates preventing the disease, but also promoting growth speed. After that, combine with rice bran or mix well after dissolving into water.
