Ingredients: Button mushrooms, green bell peppers, carrots, eggs, light soy sauce, salt
Cooking instructions:
1. Wash Button mushrooms, green bell peppers, carrots and respectively cut into slices.
2. Break the eggs in a bowl, then whisk evenly.
3. Heat the pot, pour in moderate oil, then fry the egg liquid in a non-stick pan.
4. Turn once halfway through, next, break the fried egg into portions using a spatula, remove out of the pan and then set aside.
5. Heat the pot and pour in moderate oil again, drop in carrot slices and fry till combined, then drop in green bell pepper slices, Button mushroom slices and let fry till well-cooked.
6. Season with moderate amount of light soy sauce, finally combine with fried egg.
7. Sprinkle with moderate salt, if you like.
