Recipe: Straw mushroom and tofu soup

Ingredients: 
100g Straw mushroom
200g tofu
80g pea
Salt, soy sauce, starch, sugar
Cooking method:
1. Soak Straw mushrooms till soft, wash tofu and cut into square lamps.
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, pour in a spoon of oil, then drop in tofu lamps and fry till both sides become golden.
3. Combine with Straw mushrooms and peas.
4. Season with a spoon of salt, a teaspoon of soy sauce, half teaspoon of sugar, a spoon of soy sauce.
5. Finally thicken with mixture of starch and water. Serve.
