Ingredients: dried Shiitakes, fermented blank bean, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, olive oil
Instructions:
1. Rinse dried Shiitakes, soak in water till soft, discard the bottom portion and then dice.
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, add moderate fermented blank bean, Shiitake dices and fry till fragrant.
3. Pour in moderate water, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sugar to season.
4. When the mixture becomes thickened, save in cold bottle.
