Ingredients: Yellow morels, White beech mushrooms, black dates, dried longans, salt, soup-stock
Cooking method:
1. Wash dried Yellow morels and soak in warm water till soft.
2. Wash black dates, White beech mushrooms and then peel longans.
3. Filter the soaking liquid of Yellow morel, combine with soup-stock and pour into the pot.
4. drop in black dates, longans, White beech mushrooms and bring to a boil, then turn into low flame and boil for another 40 minutes or so.
5. Lightly season with salt.
