Ingredients:
A handful of Enoki mushrooms
3 eggs
Condiments: salt, soy sauce, chopped onion, oil
Cooking method:
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, season with moderate salt and then mix evenly.
2. Heat the pot, pour in egg liquid and fry on low flame till the bottom becomes caky.
3. Turn it over and fry for another 15s, then break into chunks with food shovel and keep aside.
4. Heat the pot again, drop in chopped onion, Enoki mushrooms and fry till fragrant.
5. Combine with fried egg chunks, season with moderate soy sauce. Serve.
