Recipe: Braised Beef with King oyster mushroom

Ingredients: Beef dices, King oyster mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, tomato sauce, oil, salt
Cooking method:
1. Cut onion into slices.
2. Heat the pot and pour in moderate oil, then drop in beef dices, onion slices and saute on low flame.
3. Pour in tomato sauce when beef dices turn color and fry evenly, then infunde moderate water.
