How to control the sundry fungi of Enoki mushroom?

1. Blue Mold: Blue Mold that harms Enoki mushroom usually invades after scratching, when you find it, be sure to immediately dig it up, burn up and conduct indoor disinfectant by using 2% of Copper sulfate and 500 times of dilute HgCl2 solution.
2. Root Rot Disease: The disease is easy to happen in high temperature. In initial stage of reproduction, white turbid water drops exude on compost surface and accumulate all over the mouth of bottle. The main reason is excessive moisture on the surface of compost. You should immediately dig it out and burn up when you find the disease. After touching the infected mushroom bodies, please be sure to disinfect your hands at once.
3. Black Spot Disease: The clear phenomenon is that black brown spots appear on mushroom caps, the majority of mushrooms are not affected by this disease, but the price of infected bodies will go down for the reason of black mushroom caps. This kind of disease is easy to happen when directly spraying cold water on mushroom caps.
Control method: You could put 2% of slaked lime into compost, which not only facilitates preventing diseases, but also promoting the growth of mushrooms. It is proper to firstly mix with rice bran, then combine with water.
