Ingredients: Straw mushrooms, fresh shrimps, undercuts, chopped onion, bruised ginger, minced garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, water, pepper powder, sesame oil
Cooking method:
1. Cut undercuts into slices, pickle with light soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper powder for 20 minutes, prepare a sauce with sugar, starch, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and then keep aside.
2. Heat the pot and pour in moderate oil, drop in undercut slices till the color changes, then combine with chopped onion, bruised ginger, minced garlic.
3. Combine with Straw mushrooms, fry for 2 minutes and then add fresh shrimps.
4. When shrimps have turned to white color, pour in the prepared sauce, continue to fry till the sauce becomes thickened.
5. Finally drizzle with moderate sesame oil.
