If you’ve got a packet full of Termitomyces, get ready to indulge yourself!
Ingredients: Termitomyces, oil, salt, garlic, onion
Cooking method:
1. Finely wash Termitomyces, tear into stripes and keep aside.
2. Peel off the garlic and chop onion.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then add Termitomyces and allow to fry for a while.
4. Pour in moderate thermal water and boil for 5 minutes, then add crushed garlic.
5. Season to your liking and sprinkle with moderate chopped onion. Serve.
