1. Temperature stimulation: During the formation period of sporocarp on Oyster mushroom, you could give 7-12 degrees of temperature stimulation to bring forward the fruiting time, it is feasible to combine it with water-spraying to induce the fruiting.
2. High temperature stimulation: You could open wide mushroom bed and dry for 1 or 2 days, spray water for 2 or 3 times per day and then remain for 2 or 3 days. During this period, uncover film to ventilate, use cotton cloth to wipe excessive water on the surface, then cover mulch to moisturize. Buds happen after several days. Two following conditions should be handled when adopting this method:
A. Spawns should be fully-grown and reach physiological maturity. The main indications are yellow water exudation, pellicle formation and spawns present yellow brown.
B. Substrates hold good ability of agglomeration and should not be too incompact.
