Ingredients Shiitakes, fish meats, rice, celery, salt, pepper powder, ginger slices
Cooking instruction:
1. Wash rice and soak for a while, then remove into the pot, add 8 times of water and then bring into a boil.
2. Thinly cut fish meat into slices, pickle for a while with a dash of salt and pepper powder.
3. Wash Shiitakes, remove the bottom portion, and cut into slices.
4. Rinse celery and then cut into segments.
5. When the porridge is well stewed, combine with Shiitake slices, fish meat slices, ginger slices and boil for another 5 minutes.
6. Pour in shredded celery segments and then season with moderate salt. Serve.
