Ingredients:
500g Chinese cabbage
10 dried Shiitakes
Half-cup of soup-stock
water starch, oil, salt and aginomoto
Cooking instruction:
1. Wash Chinese cabbages and cut into segments, soak Shiitakes in water till soft, remove the bottom portion and then cut into pieces.
2. Heat the pot and pour into moderate amount of oil, then drop in Shiitake pieces and fry till fragrant.
3. drop in Chinese cabbages, season with salt, aginomoto, pour in soup-stock and braise for 2 minutes.
4. Finally thicken with mixture of cornstarch and water. Serve.
