Main pests harming Oyster mushrooms are Gall Midge, Phoridae, mosquitoes and maggots, Drosophila, Housefly, Myceliophagus moth, Noctuid, etc, which mainly exist in autumn and winter season and reproduce during March and June.
Control measures:
1. Clear away the goosing grass and rubbish around the mushroom house, keep the surrounding environment clean.
2. Get rid of waste materials and keep them away from mushroom house.
3. Abamectin, beta-cypermethrin and other pesticides could be applied to control.
