1. Strain selection: Choose superior strains which own strong viability, neat appearance, fast growth speed and strong resistibility. For mother strain, you could adopt PDA Substrate. Normal substrates of sawdust and bran should be adopted in original strain.
2. The formula of compost: Straw 43%, sweet potato dregs 43%, corn powder 12%, gypsum powder 1%, Superphosphate 0.5%, cane sugar 0.5%. 171g should be held in each bottle.
3. Cultivation method: Choose straws which are fresh and free from mould, cut into segments with the length of 1.5-2cm, soak for 8 hours in 1.5% of lime water, then wash clean, drain off excessive water and mix with other materials. PH Value should be adjusted in about 5. After mixing well, put into 750ml of strain bottle, seal with brown paper and conduct autoclaved sterilization for 1 hour. After cooling to under 26 degrees, cultivate in a temperature range of 22~26 degrees. When finding that spawns begin to climb all over the whole bottle and form sporocarps, it is proper to uncover the sealing part, create the fruiting condition of 15-20 degrees, 80%-90% of relative air humidity and spray water for 1 to 2 times per day.
