Ingredients: Shiitakes, Straw mushrooms, Nameko, Bamboo shoots, snow beans, broccoli, color pepper, onion, salt, water starch
Cooking method:
1. Rinse color pepper, snow beans, onion and then finely cut into dices.
2. Wash Shiitakes, Straw mushrooms, Nameko and tear into pieces, cut bamboo shoots into segments.
3. Wash broccoli, break into pieces and give a quick-boil.
4. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then add onion and all kinds of mushrooms, vegetables and fry.
5. Finally season with moderate salt and thicken with the mixture of water and starch. Serve and enjoy.
