Ingredients: Black fungus, Shiitake, onion, red pepper, ginger slices, lean pork, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder
Cooking method:
1. Wash Black fungus, remove the bottom portion and tear into slices.
2. Wash red pepper, seed, corn and finely cut into dices. Peel off onion and roughly dice.
3. Rinse lean pork, finely cut into slices, pickle for 10 minutes.
4. Soak dried Shiitake, cut into dices and reserve the soaking liquid.
5. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then ginger slices and fry till fragrant.
6. drop in pork slices and allow to saute on moderate fire till become white, then add Shiitake dices and fry till fragrant.
6. Season with moderate soy sauce and salt, then pour in the soaking liquid of Shiitake.
7. Put red pepper dices and onion dices into the pot and fry well with all ingredients.
8. Finish with moderate pepper powder to enhance their savoury and umami taste. Serve and enjoy.
