Cooking method:
1. Wash chicken wings, soak Agrocybe cylindracea, finely trim and remove root.
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then chicken wings and fry till both sides become golden, sprinkle with moderate cooking wine, soy sauce, drop in Agrocybe cylindracea, ginger slices, onion segments, garlic, moderate sugar, moderate salt and fry well.
3. Add moderate water and bring into a boil in big fire, then turn into soft heat and stew for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
