Ingredients:
4 eggs
100g Black fungus
50g celery
15g garlic,
a dash of salt, rice wine, peanut oil and sesame oil
Cooking method:
1. Break the eggs into bowl, break up and set aside, wash celery and cut into segments.
2. Wash Black fungus and tear into pieces.
3. Heat the pot, add a drizzle of oil, drop in garlic, Black fungus pieces and fry, then add moderate rice wine, eggs, celery segments and stir well.
4. Finally season with salt and sesame oil.
