Primarily, trim and wash Enoki mushrooms which are free from diseases, mould and impurities in the root, put into aluminium pot, boil for 15 minutes on 90-100 degrees.
Secondly, blend Enoki mushrooms with double water, turn the mixture into water slurry, separate with centrifuge machine in 1400 turns per minute, then filter with the copper sieve in the size of 80, take the filtered juice and then take aside. Afterwards, dilute the filtered juice with 5 times of water, combine 5%-10% of apple juice and filtered syrup to adjust the sugar content in 10%.
The final step is to add citric acid with the proportion of 40-45 to 1 on sugar and acid, conduct refined filtration with the copper sieve in the size of 80, heat the filter liquor to 100 degrees, after sterilizing for 3 minutes, cool in disinfected glass container and block. Then enjoy the nutrient-rich and sour-sweet health drink.
