Ingredients: fresh Oyster mushroom, pork, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, shrimp meat, salt, sugar, peanut oil
Cooking method:
1. Wash Oyster mushroom and tear into pieces.
2. Wash pork and cut into slices, pickle with salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine and peanut oil.
3. Cut ginger into slices, heat the pot and add moderate oil, add pork slices and fry until 80% done, then drop in Oyster mushroom pieces and fry well with all ingredients.
4. Add light soy sauce, shrimp meat and fry, finally season with salt and sugar. Serve.
