Ingredients: Enoki mushroom, egg, salt, soy sauce, chopped onion, oil
Cooking method:
1. Trim Enoki mushroom, wash and cut in half, then break eggs into the bowl, add moderate salt and mix well.
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, pour in egg liquid and fry till caky, then turn over, fry for another 15s, break into pieces and then remove from the pot and keep aside.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil again, drop in chopped onion, Enoki mushroom and fry.
4. Finally season with moderate soy sauce and salt.
