Ingredients: Button mushroom, vegetable, egg, salt, cooking wine
Cooking method:
1. Wash vegetables and Button mushrooms, thinly tear into pieces. Give a quick-boil and then ladle out and keep aside. Break eggs into the bowl, season with cooking wine, salt and then stir.
2. Heat the pot, add 2 soup spoons of oil into the pot, drop in vegetables and stir.
3. drop in Button mushroom pieces, pour in moderate water, sprinkle it with salt and then bring the mixture into a boil.
4. Infunde egg and and bring into a boil again. Serve.
