Ingredients: mutton, Black fungus, celery, onion, cooking wine, light soy sauce, peanut oil, salt, oyster sauce, Thirteen spice.
Cooking method:
1. Soak Black fungus, clean and trim. Finely wash mutton, onion and celery.
2. Cut celery and onion into segments, cut mutton into slices.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, add onion and fry, then add cooking wine, light soy sauce and fry well with all ingredients, pour in moderate water, fry until done, finally remove from the pot and keep aside.
