Ingredients: leaf lettuce, Enoki mushroom, garlic, oil, pepper powder, salt, oyster sauce.
Cooking method:
1. Wash leaf lettuce, roughly cut into segments, wash and trim Enoki mushroom, then finely mince garlic.
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then minced garlic and fry.
3. Add Enoki mushroom, leaf lettuce, pepper powder and fry well with all ingredients.
4. Pour in moderate oyster sauce and season with salt. Serve.
