Ingredients: Coprinus comatus, cucumber
Condiments: light soy sauce, oil, chicken powder, minced garlic, salt
Cooking method:
1. Wash Coprinus comatus, cut into slices and give a quick-boil for 3 minutes and then ladle out.
2. Wash cucumber and cut into dices.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then add minced garlic and fry till fragrant.
4. Add Coprinus comatus slices, then pour into moderate light soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes.
