1. The proportion of raw material: waste carton box 90%, bran 6%, quick lime 1%, plant ash 3%.
2. The disposal of raw materials: take waste carton box apart and expose under the blazing sun for 2-3 days, and then dispose into fragments that are in the size of 8-10 square centimeters.
3. Disinfection and sterilization: after disposing waste carton box, put into the mixing pool, scatter a layer of bran, plant ash and quick lime, then pour in boiling water that is 95-100 degrees, fully mix all materials well and then take out. Finally, drain off excessive water and adjust the water content in about 60%.
4. Strain-mixing: put compost into disinfected mixing pool, then mix smashed strains which are in size of cottonseed hull and the optimal dosage of strain is 10%. After that, put into specialized plastic fungi bags. What’s more, while sowing, people could add 0.1% of Carbendazim so as to prevent sundry fungi pollution.
5. Cultivation management: pile up fungi bags which have been inoculated in the room that is in 18-30 degrees for 4 or 5 layers. After 20 days, people could open one side or two sides of plastic bag after finding that spawns are fully-grown. At the same time, people could also watch the light conditions, strengthen the air circulation, spray water 1 or 2 times per day and keep the inner temperature of fungi bags in 15-20 degrees. In general, after 7 or 8 days, Oyster mushrooms begin to grow, on that occasion, people could pick them in every 10 days. Moreover, After picking mushrooms, people could inject 50ml, 0.2% of sugar solution and 50ml, 0.1% of monopotassium phosphate solution into plastic bags with injector, by doing so, 1 or 2 batches of Oyster mushroom could be maximumly picked and 15%-20% of yield could be increased.
