Ingredients: White fungus, 400g of cherry, rock candy
Cooking method:
1. Soak White fungus in warm water and wash cherry.
2. Tear White fungus into small pieces and finely wash again.
3. Put White fungus and moderate water into electric cooker and allow to boil for an hour and a half.
4. Finally add cherry, rock candy and boil for another half an hour, then serve.
