Ingredients: Allium tuberosum, comminuted pork, shallot, Button mushroom, oil, salt, cooking wine.
Cooking method:
1. Trim, wash and cut the roots of Allium tuberosum, then cut into segments.
2. Wash Button mushroom and finely cut into slices.
3. Wash and mince shallot.
4. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then add minced shallot, cooking wine, comminuted pork and fry, remove and keep aside.
5. Add moderate oil, Button mushroom slices and fry.
6. drop in fried comminuted pork and Allium tuberosum segments and fry.
7. Finally season with moderate salt and fry well.
