The control methods on diseases and pests of mushroom

When it comes to indoor cultivation, we’d like to note that people could nail windows, doors and air holes with thin gauze to prevent flies and mosquitoes. The followings are four tricks on effective prevention:
1. Trap and kill adults: mosquitoes and flies own the characteristic of phototaxis, therefore, people could install black light lamp or sunlight lamp, append sticky trap around the lamp or put DDVP solution under the light to poison adults.
2. Pharmic fumigation and kill: in airtight conditions, people could fumigate with 2 or 3 pieces of aluminium phosphide in each cubic meter to kill pest sources.
3. Spray chemicals to kill pests: when finding pests before fruiting, people could spray 500 times of Trichlorfon solution or 1000 times of Deltamethrin solution on fungus bed to kill pests.
4. Nourish materials to kill pests: for each 50kg of compost, people could mix 15ml of Dicofol with 10kg of water and evenly spray on material. It should be emphasized that drug-spraying and material-mixing should be conducted at the same time. After that, people could heap up for 3 days to eliminate pest sources. Another method is to mix 40%, 500 times of octyl mercaptan or 2.5%, 1000 times of Deltamethrin into compost, which all reveal insecticidal efficacy.
