Ingredients: garlic sausage, Calocybe gambosa, chopped green onion, sugar, salt, minced ginger
Cooking method:
1. Cut garlic sausage into dices, wash Calocybe gambosa, cut into slices and give a quick-boil to it,
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then add minced ginger, Calocybe gambosa slices and fry.
3. Finally add garlic sausage, sugar, salt, chopped green onion and allow to fry in high fire.
