1. Varieties selection: choose strains which are superior, high-yield, hold great resistance to unfavorable conditions and high temperature and can fit for the characteristics of north weather.
2. Cultivation season: sowing period is from the last ten days of March to the last ten days of April. After defrosting above 10cm on ground, people could start planting, people could stop sowing when the temperature has risen to 8 to 10 degrees.
3. Choose cultivation place and arrange ridge: choose the place where is free from pollution sources, has good ventilation, has no waterlogging or drought, no heavy soil or sandy soil. The ridge is in east and west trend, southerly or northerly. Low ridge can be arranged in places where have higher ground or sloping fields. Low-lying places can be taken as flat ridge or high ridge.

6. Earthing: after covering thin film, people could earth up and it should be noted that fine soil should be avoided. The thickness of earthing is from 3 to 5cm. When the highest temperature is above 25 degrees, people could cover straw matting on the surface of fungi bed and ensure tight light,
7. Management of spawn running: people could further enhance the management of spawn running and ventilate timely during the spawn running period of 20 to 40 days and 15 days after sowing.
8. 30 to 40 days after sowing, shake off soil on the film, uncover plastic film, then insert strips, raise arched shed insert arch bars and cover straw matting. 3 to 5cm of gaps should be left during two straw mattings.
9. Management of colouring: 7 days after uncovering film, people could ventilate. The second time of ventilation should be given in the second week after uncovering film and remain half an hour. Certain scattered light should be given to realize normal colouring. If the straw mattings are too thick, people could open them in the morning or at night to supplement light .
10. Fruiting management: 60 to 70 days after sowing, tiny mushrooms will appear on both sides of ridge. From the first ten days of July to the first ten days of August, when the temperature reaches to above 25 degrees, people could conduct over-summering management. Fruiting will be realized when the lowest temperature has sunk to under 20 degrees after the season of autumn.
11. Control methods on pests and diseases: for some diseases such as Trichoderma, Penicillium, green mold and Aspergilus, people could implement some methods such as scattering lime, ventilating, draining off water, spading and digging or deeply burying. For some pests such as flies and mosquitoes, people could try to catch or spray pesticides to poison and kill.
12. Picking: when sporocarps are medium matured, people could pick timely.
