How to dispose the contaminated fungus sacks of Shiitake?

During the indoor cultivation period of fungus sacks, people could turn piles for 4 or 5 times. In the first time, 6 to 7 days after inoculation, people could turn piles in every 7 to 10 days. When tuning heaps, people could carefully check that whether there has the existence of sundry fungi and then dispose timely.
Mild pollution means that point-like or threadlike microcolony of sundry fungi in the part of tying or wrinkle, when finding that it hasn’t spread, people could inject the mixture of 75%, 50ml of alcohol and 36%, 30ml of formaldehyde to the polluted part, use nails to knead lightly on the surface to make the mixture get the deeper side of sundry fungi and then stick to the injection part with adhesive tape.
When finding that the inoculation cave has been gotten infected by sundry fungi and spawns are still in growth period, people could use the supernate of lime water to smear and then use 50% of carbendazim to smear. It is worth mentioning that people should avoid to directly smear on the spawns of Shiitake. When finding dead spawns, people could inoculate again under aseptic condition.
For seriously polluted fungus sacks which are filled with spots, people could break the fungus sacks and take materials out, prepare 3% of lime water and cover for one night, dry in the sun after spreading out, prepare material again, then conduct bagging, sterilization, inoculation and cultivation.
