Ingredients: soybean sprouts, Shiitakes, snow beans, medlar, salt, onion, olive oil
Cooking method:
1. Wash and remove the root of soybean sprouts.
2. Wash Shiitakes and cut into strips.
3. Put moderate water into the pot, bring to a boil, then add soybean sprouts, snow beans and blanch for about 2 minutes.
4. Put boiled blanched soybean sprouts and snow beans into the bowl of ice water.
5. Give a quick boil to medlar.
6. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, add chopped green onion, then add Shiitake strips and fry until fragrant and become golden.
7. Put all ingredients into a large container, add a dash of salt, olive oil and mix well.
