Sour soup beef with Enoki mushroom

Ingredients: Enoki mushroom, beef slices, sugar, soy sauce, bruised ginger, bruised onion, oil, salt, vinegar, pickled chilli, thick broad-bean sauce
Cooking method:
1. Wash and cut the roots of Enoki mushroom, then put into boiling water for a while and then ladle out.
2. Boil beef slices and then ladle out.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then add bruised onion, bruised ginger and fry.
4. Add pickled chilli, thick broad-bean sauce and fry.
5. Add moderate vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and salt.
6. Add moderate hot water and boil with all ingredients for 3 minutes in moderate heat.
7. Add Enoki mushroom and boil for 2 minutes.
8. Add boiled beef slices and stew with all ingredients for 1 minutes.
