Ingredients: Black fungus, green pepper, salt, chicken powder, sugar, cumin
Cooking method:
1. Soak dried Black fungus in cold water for 10 minutes, then wash, put into cold water and soak for another two or three hours.
2. Cut green pepper into dices.
3. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, then add Black fungus and fry in big fire.
4. Add green pepper dices and fry.
5. Finally add salt, chicken powder, cumin and sugar according to your taste.
