Ingredients: pig bone, Shiitake,, ginger, onion, radish, caraway, salt, chicken powder, white pepper powder
Cooking method:
1. Wash radish and cut into slices, wash caraway and cut into segments.
2. Put pig bone into boiling water, bring into a boil and then skim off floating foam.
3. Put Shiitake, radish slices, onion, ginger slices into the pot and stew in soft heat for 20 minutes.
4. Finally add salt, chicken powder, white pepper powder and caraway segments.
