Ingredients: Pholiota nameko, potato, green and red pepper, onion, salt, garlic
Cooking method:
1. Pare potato, cut into slices and soak in water.
2. Wash Pholiota nameko.
3. Wash green and red pepper, cut into small circles, cut garlic into slices.
4. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, add a part of garlic slices and fry, then add potato slices, Pholiota nameko and fry, add moderate salt.
5. When potato slices are well-done, add garlic slices again, green, red pepper and fry well with all ingredients.
