Braised Monkey head mushroom

Ingredients: Monkey head mushroom 200g, tofu 200g, carrot 10g, an egg, ginger, corn flour, sweet potato flour
Condiments: salt, oil 500g, a spoon of curry powder, a spoon of oyster sauce, a spoon of sugar.
Cooking method:
1. Cut tofu in dices, cut carrot in slices, mince ginger.
2. Wash and soak Monkey head mushroom, tear in pieces and mix well with the mixture of egg, oil, salt, white sugar and curry powder. Firstly add corn flour and then wrap with sweet potato flour.
