Artificial cultivation method of Ganoderma

In recent years, along with the maturity and popularization of tissue culture technology, more and more artificial cultivated Ganodermas appeared on the market. Artificial cultivation is divided into two methods which are bag cultivation and basswood cultivation.
Bag cultivation: mainly adopts smashed cottonseed hull, sawdust, corncob as substrate, by using this way, people could invest low production cost and get high yield, but the content of effective constituent is low because of that cottonseed hull exists the risk of male infertility. 
Basswood cultivation: it is common to take Fagaceae and other tougher broad-leaf species as substrate, which will result in high production cost, but the content of effective constituent is high, qualities are stable and can be controlled.
