Ingredients: King oyster mushroom, lean meat, green pepper, salt, sugar, egg white, soy sauce, oil
Cooking method:
1. Wash King oyster mushroom and cut into slices, cut lean meat into slices, wash green pepper and red pepper into dices.
2. Pickle lean meat with salt, sugar and egg white.
3. Give a quick-boil to King oyster mushroom, then ladle out. Add moderate oil into the pot, King oyster mushroom slices and fry, then add moderate salt and then ladle out.
4. Add moderate oil into the pot, add lean meat slices and fry, then add moderate soy sauce.
5. Add red pepper dices and green pepper dices and fry.
6. Add King oyster mushroom slices and fry well with all ingredients.
