Ingredients: fresh Straw mushroom 100g, white turnip 500g, a crucian carp, lean pork 100g, 3 pieces of garlic
Cooking method:
1. Wash Straw mushroom, put in boiling water and ladle out.
2. Wash white turnip and cut in chops.
3. Wash crucian carp and fry till both sides become yellow.
4. Put all ingredients, garlic and 2500ml of water into a marmite, bring to a boil, then stew for 1 hours.
5. Finally add moderate salt.
