The cultivation technology and measure of mushroom

People should choose cultivation field where is away from livestock farm, scrap heap or is away from the place with an increasing number of people flow. The field should also has convenient traffic, sufficient water and has no pollution. When cultivating outdoors, people should choose the field where has fertile, loose soil, convenient irrigation and drainage and has never been polluted by industrial and mining enterprises.
Cultivation management: 
1. Strains selection: people should choose suitable varieties in accordance with local climate characteristic, it is improper to choose aged or polluted strains and robust, superior and disease-resistant strains could be used in cultivation.
2. Elaborate management: people should pay attention to the hygiene of materials, mushroom bags and tools. It is improper to pile scrap materials in nearby cultivation room, they should be used again after going through high temperature compost treatment. New and old mushroom bags should be kept respectively. Strict sterilization and disinfection should be conducted,  inoculation infection and secondary infection should be prevented. After each picking, people should remove mushroom root, rotten mushroom in compost, clean mushroom house and make sterilization again in time.
3. Scientific cultivation: people should scientifically regulate and control the temperature, humidity, light and PH Value of cultivation room in accordance with varieties of mushroom and requirements on growth condition. Moderate ventilation should be given to promote the robust growth of spawns and prevent disadvantage environment of high temperature and high humidity. What’s more, in order to cultivate robust spawns, sporocarps and improve the ability of disease resistance, people should also strictly guard a pass in each links, including strain selection, compost preparation, fermentation, inoculation, cultivation and fruiting.
4. Fertilize: people can spray peptone and yeast extract solution to grow more robust mushroom bodies and promote the turning of flush. People can spray rotten human waste, then spray with clean water for one time and spray rice vinegar. In middle and later growth period of Oyster mushroom, people could use 300 times of rice vinegar solution to spray on surface of mushrooms for one time per day before picking. In general, this way can increase the production of 6% and mushrooms are more white in color. Spraying Glucose and Calcium carbonate solution can promote the growth of spawns.
5. Moisture management: people should keep good ventilation in mushroom house and it’s best to keep relative air humidity within 95%. When natural temperature reaches 16 degrees, people could irrigate and spray water on the ground and in the air, it should be noted that people should not directly spray on sporocarps and warm water can be used in low temperature season.
6. Temperature management: it is best to keep greenhouse temperature between 10 and 18 degrees, people could extend the time of direct sunlight in low temperature of daytime, straw matting should be covered at night. In high temperature, people could cover straw matting in daytime and uncover it at night.
7. Ventilation management: in high temperature, people could uncover straw matting and ventilate for 2 or 3 hours. Ventilation should be decreased in low temperature. Before spraying water in the morning and night, people should increase ventilation. People should decrease ventilation in differentiation phase of mushroom bud and increase ventilation in growth period of mushroom bud.
8. Light management: stable scattered light is needed in the growth period of mushroom bud, people should increase direct low light and avoid direct sunlight in fruiting period.
