1.Pollution in container :
A. Operator fails to handle Bottles or bags gently and get polluted in the process of inoculation and transportation.
B. When sterilization, temperature gets sharp rise or stress gets a sharp rise or drop, the exhaust velocity is too high, which can cause fracture in container and result in pollution.
2. Pollution in cotton plug or lantern ring:
A. Operator fails to wash cleanly on test tube mouth or bottle mouth.
B. Cotton plug or lantern ring gets wetted.
C. Improper stacking, excessive water and humidity in compost.
3. Pollution in inoculation:
A. Undemanding sterilization in inoculation room and box, poor sealing.
B. When inoculating mother strain, operator fails to open workbench ahead of time.
C. When inoculating, operator fails to make disinfection of hands or fails to conduct strict disinfection.
D. Operator fails to strictly adhere to aseptic operation procedures.
4. Pollution in mixing material:
A. When mixing material, operator fails to fully mix main ingredient with auxiliary material.
B. Insufficient water content or compost is in conglobate or not scattered. Inadequate water absorption causes blind angle of sterilization.
C. Compost is nor fresh and with hybrid.
5. Pollution in mother strain with hybrid:
A. Operator fails to clean sundry fungus at regular intervals.
B. Operator takes mother strain with hybrid for mistaken.
6. Pollution in sterilization:
A. The time of sterilization under atmospheric pressure is not enough or the temperature is not high enough.
B. Operator fails to exhaust cold air or the speed is too fast.
C. Air permeability is not good and sterilization is halfway.
D. Sterilization pot has the phenomenon of air leakaging, temperature and pressure cannot get the required value.
7. Pollution in cultivation:
A. Temperature in cultivation room is too high, sundry fungi are easy to grow.
B. Relative air humidity is too high in cultivation room, when it exceeds 70%, sundry fungi are easy to breed.
C. Cultivation room is in poor ventilation. Which may fit for anaerobion.
D. Cultivation room is not clean, with halfway sterilization,
E. Pests, snails and mouse can jeopardize fungus sacks.
